Due to the custom nature of our costumes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been made. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect sizing information. While we strive to match the original design concept, slight variations may occur due to material availability or handcrafted elements. Costumes must be collected within the agreed timeframes. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
